When we started setting up the pottery we were also thinking about opening a space where everybody has the opportunity to have a close and direct contact to an art which most people don’t know its history and meaning, where you can closely watch the complete process from preparing the clay until burning it in our kiln.
Our interest is to motivate children to discover love and dedication to work, especially to work with clay and for this reason we started a new program called KNOWING OUR ROOTS to which we invite different institutions, private groups and schools. Everybody can freely explore the pottery, ask questions and enjoy an art developed by Indians thousands of years ago.This program is available every Saturday morning and lasts between 1 and 2 hours. Our artists are present and give a brief description and presentation of the whole process and elaboration of our work.
